WebRoger Florist is a scam I placed an order in February to be delivered on March 10. Order was guaranteed & paid for on my debit card. Would not charge my credit options. Order was not delivered. I have received nothing, but fake promises to address the issue. This business is unethical & has non-existing customer service.
