I've got it set to use Dx12 in the PROVSAVE_profile file. Websame here, 7700k (80-90% usage on CPU) and 16GB Ram (15GB usage) have 2080 super, gpu usage looks fine. it's still giving me avg 50 fps on 1440p on LOW settings. CPU utilization is at 90-100% while GPU is only sitting around 30-40%. I don't know if it's me or the optimization of the game, but this is ridiculous.
